An overall score of 84% is required to pass the test and become certified. After taking the test, the test taker will be provided only with the score for the multiple choice questions. This course has been specifically designed to ramp up Tier 1 support personnel for Partners. In order to provide content relevant to this purpose information has been culled from several disparate sources and compiled into a three-day course. Although the majority of the information that can be found in the course may also be found in other client facing documentation that documentation does not represent a consolidated source of information and hence the likelihood of acquiring all of the relevant knowledge necessary for passing the certification without attending the course is significantly reduced. Because of this it is mandatory that individuals in Omniture’s partner organizations who wish to become SiteCatalyst Support certified attend the course.
